IT support for small businesses and professional firms

Devices, users, backups, email, printers and network: your operation does not stop because of an IT problem. Remote worldwide, on-site in the Mexico City area.

Who it is for

  • Accounting, legal and architecture firms.
  • Clinics and medical offices.
  • Small businesses with no IT department that depend on their computers to invoice and serve clients.
  • Shops and points of sale.

What is included

  • Inventory and diagnosis of every device: hardware, installed software and disk health.
  • Scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • User onboarding, offboarding and permissions; email and accounts.
  • Automatic backups and proof that they can be restored.
  • Printers, office network, UPS units and Windows servers.
  • Purchasing advice: device comparisons by actual use and budget.

How I work

How I work

  1. 01

    Initial assessment

I review devices, network and backups, and report what is urgent, what is important and what can wait.

  2. 02

    Work plan

We agree on priorities and the support model: per incident, by the hour or ongoing monthly.

  3. 03

    Ongoing support

Remote for anything that can be solved remotely; on-site for what needs hands.

  4. 04

    Reports and follow-up

Every intervention is documented, so you know what was done and what comes next.

What makes the difference

Besides supporting accounting and architecture firms, I repair hardware down to the component. That changes the diagnosis: when a laptop fails, I can tell whether it is software, a dying drive or a part on the board, and whether to repair or replace before you lose a day of work.

  • Everything documented. Every device has a record: what it has, what was done and what it needs.
  • Backups that are tested. A backup that has never been restored is not a backup.
  • No lock-in. Passwords and documentation are yours; if you ever switch providers, everything is in order.

FAQ

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Both. Anything that can be solved remotely is handled remotely; on-site visits cover Mexico City and the State of Mexico.

Do I need a monthly contract?

No. You can request support per incident or as a block of hours, and if ongoing support suits you, we set up a monthly plan.

Can you help me choose new equipment?

Yes. I compare options based on what your team actually uses and your budget, and explain the differences without jargon.

Shall we talk?

Tell me what you need and I will tell you how I would solve it, no strings attached.
